John Rigby and Co can trace its origins back to 1775 when the gun maker was founded by John Rigby in Dublin, Ireland. The company later set up a branch in London in 1865 which subsequently became its headquarters when its Dublin office closed. Rigby continues to have its hq in London to this day.
