Cased Fish

Eight stunning Taxidermy fish to be sold

We are delighted to include eight stunning cased fish in our July Auction.

The eight prize specimens include a 22lb Pike, a 7lb Trout, 6lb Bream, as well as Perch, Eel, and Grayling. Several examples have been preserved by J.Cooper and Sons in luxurious bow front cases. The fish were caught as close as the River Weaver, but also at Ossmere, the formidable Pike was caught in the River Severn. All fish date to the 1950s or later.
