Jewellery

This sensational Art Deco diamond bracelet is certainly one to watch. With a total diamond weight of around 25 carats, this dazzling bracelet was bought into one of our valuation days.

 

 

Lot 104: An Art Deco Diamond bracelet, £20,000-25,000

 

Set in an unmistakable geometric design, with round brilliant cut, transition cut and single cut diamonds, this truly special piece includes a partially concealed diamond push-piece clasp. These diamond panel bracelets were particularly popular in the 1920s and 30s and were stacked together for a resplendent look, especially paired with the 'flapper' dresses of the day.  

Lot 113: A Georg Jensen silver ring - pattern 93 £150-200

 

Perhaps at the other end of the spectrum is this ultra-modern looking, sleek and futuristic Georg Jensen silver ring. Designed by Magnus Steffensen for Georg Jensen, this wonderful take on a crossover ring is the perfect piece to make a statement worn individually, or stacked alongside other silver pieces. This eye-catching ring is a fantastic piece for an established collector or would make a stylish choice for someone who is just starting their jewellery collection.

Watches

A classic watch for wear as an everyday timepiece, yet smart enough to shine as a dress watch, the Omega Speedmaster is an iconic watch that is instantly recognisable.

Lot 140: A Gent's Omega Speedmaster chronograph steel bracelet watch £1,500-2,000

Introduced in 1957, the Speedmaster retains its timeless style to this day, and as a result, is one of the most popular and searched for watches at auction. This example is in fantastic condition, complete with box and offered with a guide price of £1,500-2,000.

Lot 142: A Gent's stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual date GMT-Master-II £4,000-6,000

A watch that needs no introduction is the Rolex GMT Master II. This sought-after timepiece was introduced by Rolex in 1981 and re-released in 2005. A watch that was initially designed for pilots, the functionality and aesthetic of this stylish watch has ensured its huge success. A versatile watch in an iconic design, the GMT Master II is a must-have for any watch enthusiast. This example is in fantastic condition, is dated to post 2011 and is in those striking black and blue 'batman' ceramic bezel colours that go with anything. 

Silver

Lot 7 is a fantastically eye-catching pair of German silver models.

 

Lot 7: A pair of German Silver Models of a Parrot and Parakeet £4,500-5,500

Figured as a parrot and parakeet, with hinged wings and realistically styled feathers, these birds are perched atop green marble plinths. This delightful and unique pair would make a wonderful addition to any interior, whether you are adding something unique to a contemporary space or styling alongside your existing traditional scheme. With import marks for Chester, 1905, these beautiful birds bear the marks for Samuel Landeck, a fantastic importer of silver from the period. 

 

Lot 39: A Paul Storr Georgian silver milk jug £500-800

Paul Storr is one of the most celebrated Georgian silversmiths for his neoclassical style and outstanding craftsmanship. This fantastic milk jug bears hallmarks for London, 1824, and is decorated with a superb embossed floral decoration. A must-have for any silver collector, this milk jug is offered with an estimate of £500-800.
