An exclusive and limited edition collaboration between whisky giants Macallan and glassmakers Lalique has resulted in this 2011 release. Speaking of the impeccable design of this piece, Wine & Spirits Specialist Peter Hopkins explains "the Art Deco-inspired decanter champions the "Curiously Small Stills" pillar." According to Macallan "Lalique echoed the round kettle shape of The Macallan's small pot stills, visible at the sides of this decanter. The stopper mimics the shape of the handle complete with copper from a retired still, whilst the cabochon detail mirrors the oval-shaped rivets around the stills’ windows."

This limited edition bottle is number 129 of 400, and rarer still as a small part of the production that has been filled at 750 ml, in accordance with American filling standards.
