The Rolex Pearlmaster was launched in 1992, as an opulent variation on the Lady Datejust watch. The Pearlmaster, as described by Rolex, is “a watchmaking jewel expressing refinement and elegance.” It comprises the classic Datejust case with iconic cyclops window, and elevates it with precious metal, gemstones and a unique bracelet to create an exclusive and highly sought-after model.

The Pearlmaster is crafted only in precious metal, in 18ct gold white, yellow or Everose gold made at the Rolex Foundry, and adorned with the finest diamonds and coloured gemstones. The Pearlmaster also boasts a unique, luxurious bracelet with crown clasp that adds to the eye-catching appeal of this watch.

Rolex initially created the Pearlmaster in two sizes, 29mm and 34mm. Since around 2016, Rolex only produce the Pearlmaster in larger sizes, 34 and 39mm cases. Therefore, for those wanting the more elegant and streamlined size that the 29mm model offers, the only place to buy these is on the second-hand market.

The Pearlmaster is one of the most expensive watches that Rolex creates, and is a symbol of luxury, style, and watchmaking excellence. Our watch has been consigned from a local lady and dates to around 2006. It is beautifully set with diamonds throughout, from the brilliant cut diamond bezel to the resplendent diamond set links to the entire bracelet, ensuring a showstopping piece that is as scintillating as it is precise. This piece has been kept in wonderful condition, and comes complete with box and paperwork.
