At Wilson 55 we will be offering the rare opportunity to buy a 150cl Magnum Bottle of Domaine de La Romanee Conti Vosne Romanee Premier Cru ‘Cuvee Duvault-Blochet Vintage 1999.
The Magnum (ullage at 3cms) has been kept in fine cellar situation and has gained an amount of cellar-humidity soiling to the presentation. It is packed in straw sleeve and presented in original DRC embossed wooden box
This unique wine is a testament to the work at the DRC and recent expert tasting notes refer to the quality as that of Grand Cru including:
“There is a touch of ‘La Tache’ to this” and “The greatest 1er Cru I have ever tasted – without doubt this is Grand Cru quality”
