Pair of William Evans 12 bore side by side shotguns, 29.5 inch sleeved barrels with doll head extensions, engraved William Evans from Purdey, 63 Pall Mall St. James London, gun 1 has sleeved barrels and 70mm (2 3/4") chambers and half and half chokes, gun 2 has sleeved barrels with 65mm (2.5") chambers and 3/4 and full chokes, boxlock ejector actions engraved with scrollwork, chequered stocks with broad forends, serial numbers 3888 and 3889.
